Return policy
Dear Customers,
This site is 100% trusted. Anything happens with your package will be our responsibility. Usually, we are sending out packages with registered mail that needs the buyer's signature before handing over the package. Never ever have happened that a package is lost. A tracking number will be provided. But in case this will happen, we will provide you with a new one or we will give you a full refund. It's your choice. The same thing with a damaged item. If the item arrived with damages, you can send it back to us and we will provide you with a new one or a full refund once the item is already in our hands. Again, it's your choice. If in case you are not satisfied with the item, you can send it back to us. Once we already get the item, we will give you a full refund or provide you with a new one. Again it is your choice.
Note:
1. Any returning item should be in a very secured and safe packaging. Make sure that it is bubble wrapped before putting it in a box.
2. Any returning item should have a tracking number.
3. Shipping fee of any returning item should be handled by the buyers.
4. Buyers have seven days to return the item.
